Our fitness and rehabilitation centre offers a variety of exercise programmes centred around Pilates, as well as an extensive range of exercise classes including; Stretch, For Your Thighs Only, Body Alive, Aerobics, Older Population and Rehabilitation Pilates, amongst many others.
Awarded Active 1Q Level 3 Pilates Training Status. Please contact me if you wish to train as a Pilates instructor and gain this recognised qualification.
