No co-ordination necessary! Just sit back enjoy the music and cycle away the calories!

Your instructor will keep you entertained and the energy will be flowing!

Come and join us at 5.45pm each Friday and work out in preparation for the Weekends usual over-indulgence! Get rid of the Calories before you EAT them!

This class will consist of fat burning, Toning and Abdominal conditioning. Each week the Spin bikes will be used and you will be on and off the bikes throughout this 45 minute session to challenge your energy systems (the ones that burn FAT)

Each week may be different in content to shock your system and keep it energised. Guaranteed 100% fun!
