Whether you are looking for general fitness, or to lose weight, increase your general fitness level, recover from injuries David Wood, personal trainer, will design a fully optimised training programme specifically created to achieve your personal goals and suited to your own particular needs in the shortest possible time, based upon your age, weight, sex, health and current fitness. It is Dave's job as a Personal Trainer to keep you motivated and focused, setting constant challenges and monitoring your progress. Getting you in shape becomes a team effort. Your sessions will be designed specifically for you to gain success in the quickest time possible. This is achieved by using a wide variety of activities, functional exercises and techniques that will ensure you stay focused and driven to succeed. As part of your initial assessment, a quick postural assessment will establish which muscles are tight and shortened and which are in a weak position. From this Dave can then design your work out to ensure every exercise is functional and relevant to you and your body, thus achieving balance through the left and right sides of your body. As a qualified Pilates Instructor, Dave will incorporate core conditioning into your work out. Train at home, in the great outdoors or at The Studio, 98 Staplegrove Road. |
