  • Twice weekly FUN and Motivational exercise sessions in the studio on Mondays at 12pm and Fridays at 11 am
  • Weekly weigh in and support
  • The opportunity to lose weight and tone up in a non intrusive environment

Introductory price of £80.00, which includes full analysis and breakdown of your Food diary, One to one consultation and 10 exercise sessions with your fellow Fat Fighters, Lead by Level 3 Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, Claire Hall.
